The third new employee announcement (of five this week) is Shon Holder, our Business Office Manager. Shon does what every good office manager does – keep us all organized, efficient, and running smoothly – and then some! If we come into the office and see a candy bar on our desk in the morning, you know where it came from. Or, if you want a good laugh, just have Shon do a training exercise in front of everyone in the office 🙂

Quick Background: Born and raised in Tampa, FL. I attended the University of South Florida where I received a B.A. in psychology and communication. I began working as the Assistant Guest Services Manager at Tampa Convention Center. In 2010 I started a Lifestyle Management company, providing personal assisting and concierge services to clients nationwide.

What lead you to The Launch Pad: Before I applied, I did some research on the company and had a really good feeling about their direction. I was looking for an opportunity with a company that was growing and making an impact – and The Launch Pad certainly fit the bill. The people here are great, and it’s such a great working environment!
