In today’s business world users are incredibly dependent on email communications running smoothly. Some of our most common support requests stem from questions or issues related to managing Microsoft Outlook. We thought it would be useful to post a series of articles on tips and tricks to help you manage your Outlook.
Many Outlook users access their email while travelling through the Outlook Web App (OWA). What should you do if you accidentally permanently delete an email from the OWA? In Outlook, you ca select the folder tab and then choose “Recover Deleted Items”. In the OWA, the “Recover Deleted Items” is also available but can be a bit tricky to find. Select your Deleted Items folder and right click. You will see the option to click on Recover deleted items. Once you select the command, you will be taken to the “Recover Deleted Items” page via a pop-up where you can search for the deleted email and return it to your inbox with a click. It’s that easy!
