Our Senior Engineering Team, or Client Solutions Managers as we call them, are the face of our technology services. We are looking for a Client Solutions Liaison/Sales Engineer to assist our CSMs in providing IT services, support and technology consulting for managed service clients. Our Client Solutions Liaison Team works closely with both our Business Development team and our technical Client Solutions Managers to finalize the sales process, ensure expectations are met and manage new client onboarding. CSLs deliver excellent technical, customer service and sales engineering support with every interaction to help our clients grow their business. Duties & Responsibilities
? Provide sales assistance and technical knowledge of products and services
? Act as a liaison between the Sales Team and the Client Solutions Managers and other departments, such as the Service Desk or Development Team
? Provide overflow Tier I help desk support for client technology needs
? Manage on-boarding of new managed service clients
? Assist with solution and proposal development
? Assist in product procurement and inventory management
? Interpret customer requirements; speak with customers or prospects to understand their needs
? Perform technical presentations that demonstrate how products and services can benefit and meet customer or prospect needs
? Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company
? Assist in dispatching service desk to attain maximum utilization of technical resources
? Provide 1st level phone support, assist in help desk functions and act as a technical ambassador to newly onboarded clients
Job Requirements
? 3 – 5 years experience as a Sales Engineer with proven track record; knowledge of small business technology networking or help desk experience a plus
? Bachelor’s degree
? Process driven and attention to detail
? Process driven and attention to detail
? Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
? Skill in preparing written communications and materials
? Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly with strong attention to administrative detail
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project a plus
